Ho's Dim Sim Kitchen, Pitt St Sydney

Hi Lovelies! (haha)

Here we have the most exciting shop in the history of ever - Ho's Dim Sim Kitchen! The home of hundreds upon hundreds of wintermelon cookies, prawn balls, siu mai, chicken wings, vege dumplings, egg tarts & more!

Assorted Dim Sum at Ho's Dim Sim KitchenAssorted Dim Sum! Feast your eyes :O

This is yum cha food taken out of its natural habitat (the restaurant) but never fear, you can still enjoy the busy, good-natured clamour of people fighting over their favourite dim sum (or the bill) that you get in all good yum cha restaurants

The best thing about this shop is the dan tart (egg tarts) have beautifully light, flaky pastries :)

Ahh okay, it's 3:30AM, time to sleep
Don't worry dan tarts, I promise we will be reunited in dream land..

and haha I think I must give up on my dream of being a professional blog typer person, the full stops keep falling off the end of my paragraphs :(
