My dad and grandma are in love with this place. Ever since they discovered this cafe, it became our family's sacred duty to pay a visit every time we go swimming at Bondi beach.

So many cakes! You may be tempted to load up your plates with all those lovely eclairs and fruity trifle cups and choco rum balls (!) but if it is your first time here, you must tell yourself:
NO, I WILL NOT.

Because the reason you go to Bondi Gelato Bar is for the strudels.
Strudels are their specialty.

So repeat after me: strudels first! Strudels first!

The many layers of flaky pastry are light and crisp, the sugared honey will dribbly down your chin as you crunch on a nuttishly fragrant, molten core of choocolate... mmmm, too good...
