Fried Rice Dinner

I'm generally only allowed to cook when everyone else is in the house is desperate, or not at home. But I had a crack at it (and some eggs) the other week and made dinner for my mum. because she was working late, and food is love and all that ♥

with caramelised onions, snowpeas, eggirific omelette

Eh, fried rice... chuck in some leftover rice, a couple of eggs, and whatever veggies/meat you've got in the fridge, and move it around for a while with your frying stick.

nowhere near as exciting as annant's sausage n egg breakfast though.. hehe:)
