Barby's Bakery, Market City Sydney

Chocolate and cheese? Like milk and orange juice, sausages and custard, lobster and skittles - some foods really don't go together

But somehow, the magicians at Barby's Bakery have made it work. It sounds gross, looks bizarre, but the taste is pretty fine (I suppose chocolate and cheese are both dairy products)

Evidence of chinglish! 'It is such in high demand' ... lol

Cheese Stick, Barby's Bakery Market City SydneyThe cheese stick ($1.80) - bits of cheese, bacon and a smattering of herbs on top. The quick, fingerfood answer to your 4pm afternoon pizza cravings, mmmm
